Meals are provided for groups renting the Conference Center and Camp Daley at the following rates per guest:
Breakfast: $12.00
Lunch: $13.00
Dinner: $14.00
Snack: $6.00
All groups are provided one meeting space based on group size.
Additional meeting spaces can be provided upon request.

Exclusive use of Camp Daley requires 200 guests* or more.
Exclusive use of Camp Gilmore requires 75 guests* or more.
(*Day guests do not count towards the guest requirement)
Exclusive Use Exception
Please note that the Soccer Field, Ropes Course, Natural Rock Wall, Pools, and Campfire Pits
are excluded from "Exclusive Use", and may be scheduled for use by other groups.

CAMP GILMORE
Group size 75-382
Open concept cabins and lodges, cabins have a combination of twin beds and twin bunk beds and use centrally located communal bathrooms. Lodges have twin bunk beds and shared attached bathrooms. Linens are not provided.
Lodges
2 night Weekend stay per guest: $116
Weekday stay per guest/night: $52
(Lodges require a minimum of 8 guests before a second lodge is able to be used.)
Cabins
2 night Weekend stay per guest: $94
Weekday stay per guest/night: $42
(Cabins require a minimum of 6 guests per cabin before an additional cabin is able to be used.)
Meals are not provided, but groups are given use of the Dining Hall and kitchen to prepare their own food.

CONFERENCE
CENTER
Group size 24-112
Hotel style accommodations. Rooms have different combinations of queen, twin, and twin bunk beds. Each room has a private bathroom, AC/heating units, a mini fridge, and linens provided.
2 night Weekend stay per guest: $129 to $199 depending on occupancy.
Weekday stay per guest/night: $60-$94 depending on occupancy.
Our Conference Center is located at Camp Daley and can be combined with Camp Daley lodges and cabins for exclusive use with groups of 200 or more.
CAMP DALEY
Group size 75-344
A mix of dorm style cabins (3 beds per room), open concept cabins (13 beds per room), and lodges available. Cabins have twin beds and shared attached bathrooms, no linens provided. Our lodges include linens.
Lodges
2 night Weekend stay per guest: $120-$192 depending on occupancy
Weekday stay per guest/night: $52 - $94 depending on occupancy
(Some lodges require a minimum of 3 guests)
Cabins

Weekday stay per guest/night: $52
(Cabins require a minimum of 14 guests per cabin before an additional cabin can be used.)
